Jim has worked in the public sector for most of his working life (dreaming up ideas for window boxes), before retiring to set up Fat Leaf. He now spends lots of time in a big shed playing with big tools making Fat Leaf products. He's never been happier.

Ross worked as a writer for various advertising agencies around the world before joining the Fat Leaf family. He now spends a lot of his time eating sawdust sandwiches and designing places to sit whilst doing so.
